We’re excited to share that our official website ~ www.landingplacehotels.com ~ is now live!
This marks a huge milestone in the public-facing rollout of Landingplace Hotels. While the site is primarily designed for guests, it also includes a Franchise With Us page for prospective owners to express interest in joining our portfolio (the Franchise Development microsite will launch in August). Once our first hotels are signed and announced, the booking engine will go live and additional guest content like special offers will follow.
Our next major milestone is the filing and acceptance of the Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) for each of our brands. This will unlock our ability to begin actively engaging in franchise conversations with hotel owners. That filing should be complete early next week, officially kicking off our soft-launch phase leading into a broader PR campaign in late July / early August; from there it’s full speed ahead.
We’ve also launched LinkedIn (owner-facing), Facebook (guest & owner-facing), and Instagram (guest & owner-facing) pages under @landingplacehotels to support both consumer and industry visibility. Please follow along and help amplify our presence and we’ll be building out the content in these platforms going forward.
